Service - Collection Porter

Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and eager individuals with excellent work ethics to join the WastePoint team to service accounts on Sunday's through Thursday or Monday's through Friday. The service/collection porter position is paid hourly and paid out twice a month. Duties include going door-to-door picking up trash and recycling five (5) days a week in the evening for about 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours, then transporting it in your truck to the on-site property's compactor and dumpsters.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have a current driver's license and insurance.
  • Mobile (cell) phone.
  • Reliable open bed pickup truck (i.e. Ford F-150, Dodge Ram, Chevy Silverado or similar truck).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Stable work history showing a strong work ethic and attention to detail. A background in customer service valued.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Passing of a criminal background check, drug screen and driving history report.

Regional Sales Executives

Job Description

The primary purpose of the Regional Sales Executive is to sell our services, develop relationships, while promoting the WastePoint brand within the apartment, senior retirement, and student housing industries.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Secure and close prospective clients working with a base of prospects
  • Maintain client retention and increase revenue of existing clients
  • Rapidly build sales pipeline through development relationships using networking via industry associations, email, and other outbound lead generation techniques
  • Manage sales contact requests for our customers and provide follow-up on leads
  • Maintain CRM database by inputting leads and updating activity
  • Conduct start-up orientations with clients to review service objectives and opportunities
  • Track and report sales opportunities, new construction, contract expirations, client reviews, and salesforce.com data weekly and monthly
