Regional Sales Executives

Job Description

The primary purpose of the Regional Sales Executive is to sell our services, develop relationships, while promoting the WastePoint brand within the apartment, senior retirement, and student housing industries.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Secure and close prospective clients working with a base of prospects
  • Maintain client retention and increase revenue of existing clients
  • Rapidly build sales pipeline through development relationships using networking via industry associations, email, and other outbound lead generation techniques
  • Manage sales contact requests for our customers and provide follow-up on leads
  • Maintain CRM database by inputting leads and updating activity
  • Conduct start-up orientations with clients to review service objectives and opportunities
  • Track and report sales opportunities, new construction, contract expirations, client reviews, and salesforce.com data weekly and monthly

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 plus years selling to the apartment industry in an outside consultative sales environment 
  • Proven track record of consecutively exceeding sales goals
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications including salesforce
  • Four year College Degree Required
  • Ability to relate to and influence all levels of an organization
  • Valid driver's license
