Dear WastePoint Valued Partners,
In order to protect the safety of your residents and our associates, and to do our part to help mitigate and “flatten the curve” of the coronavirus, or COVID-19, we will be temporarily suspending recycling service only as a precaution until further notice.
This will take effect Sunday, April 5. While this change is in effect, please bag all recyclables as you would trash, ensuring the bags are tied securely. Please urge your residents to avoid leaving any loose items inside or outside the WastePoint containers. Trash collection will not be affected, only recycling. We will continue to collect broken-down cardboard boxes for the residents!
WastePoint continues to monitor the cases of COVID-19 through the guidance issued by the Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization, as well as with national, state, and local health agencies and officials.
We greatly appreciate your partnership and cooperation throughout this crisis. You have our commitment that we will do everything we can to help take excellent care of your communities.
Please stay safe and healthy!
